From day one Nikki Thompson was amazing-She knew I only had 2 months to find a home and start the buying process. As soon as I found my perfect home she went to work! She stayed in close communication with me the entire time. She always answered my questions and any concerns I had, and also always kept me in the loop and up to date with everything along the way! Her assistant Courtney Dixon was also an amazing help along the end of the buying process. She as well, did an outstanding job at communicating with me on a regular basis and was very helpful with anything I needed. If we came across any bumps in the road, these Ladies did their very best to figure it all out to make my happy ending possible! Couldn’t have bought this home without them and their outstanding customer service. Not only did they take care of me as a buyer but they also made me feel cared for. I appreciate these amazing Ladies very much. We were under a short time restraint and they made it all happen! I was very impressed-I will most definitely refer them and be back when I purchase my next home. This was an awesome experience for me as a first time buyer.
