I really enjoyed working with Renee Deputy, the loan officer. She was always available by text or phone and responded in an efficient manner. My frustrations were with the Point Serve system receiving bank statements, failure to connect with Navy Federal Credit Union, not receiving encrypted tax returns, and IT issues that were NEVER resolved. Many hours of frustration occurred with this system working directly with Tier 1 technical support. Other methods of transmitting paperwork had to be done directly into my account with the lender.

Renee was hard-working, professional, always available, communicative, knowledgeable, and a joy to work with.
