Rick was phenomenal. His response time was fast and he never assumed I knew something. He took the time to explain the ins and outs of the process in a way that was helpful and kind. I never felt pressured or patronized and I had full confidence in the services Rick provided me. He did whatever he could to do what was in my best interest. After initially planning to finance with my credit union and running into many major problems, Rick came in and saved the day and did more in two days than the credit union had done in over a month. I'm going to be referring Rick Herrick and PrimeLending to everyone I know looking to buy a home!

Rick was awesome! From start to finish he made the process so much easier and painless. Always available and accessible, answering phone calls immediately. Actually, I should have used the attorney he recommended, as mine did not communicate anywhere near the level of communication provided by Rick. I would highly recommend Rick to anyone in need of a mortgage lender.
