Having recently moved to this area I was a bit skeptical as to whether I would find a confident mortgage officer to process my loan. I was referred to Robert Scarbrough (because my agent said that he was the best) and he was.  His work was accurate, efficient, responsive and very friendly.

And then followed up with an great interest rate and financing terms. Whenever I had a question he would respond promptly either by email or phone with a clear explanation or resolution of an issue. I would not hesitate to recommend him because his work was seamless, accurate, efficient, responsive and very friendly. I felt like I had known him as a long time friend. Very pleased!
