Scott and Beth are the best closing team in the business. This was my third experience with them and each one was efficient, professional and easy. I highly recommend them. I’ve dealt with quite a few loan officers in my 40 year career as a real estate lawyer and there are none better.

Scott is great. Very patient & communicates all options well. Felt like he was battling for me.

Beth is extremely knowledgeable and just simple makes it happen with her knowledge and resources. There is no quit in her vocabulary. She is very open and honest. You will know good and bad so you are prepared. I really need to send her flowers or chocolates something.

I live in a completely different time zone and they accommodated me by working with me at night in their time zone. The also kept me updated with ever step of the process and made me feel prepared for each step. If there was something I hadn't completed they would send me reminders and or call me to follow up. I didn't have to worry that there was something that I was forgetting because of there was I knew they would call me to follow up.

Scott was great. Very attentive and proactive. Walked me through each step. The only reason I said I would not use prime lending again is I had no intention of financing a home. It just happens that we financed a portion of this transaction because we still have not sold our current home.
