Shaundra was the highlight of my experience. she was available and relatable. she was always patient and had good, positive energy. She was a 10/10. My biggest negative complaint against primelending is the onslaught of scam calls, texts, and messages immediately after applying. I really did not appreciate my information being sold immediately and being harassed after. This happened within just an hour of applying.
