He is very knowledgeable, and demonstrated his ability to navigate underwriting, appraisal, title, and had a thorough understanding of all the loan programs that would be available for my situation. Wow, oh my gosh! There are not enough words to describe how magnificent Shawn was. I have always said communication is key and Shawn certainly did just that! Every step of the way Shawn kept me informed. He answered every question I had, even when my neurotic self showed up, he talked me off the roof and through any issue. We had a good talk with him after he worked on our application where he explained our loan options and then emailed over workups of these options so we could not only hear but also look at the numbers that were being presented.
