The documents needed were minimal. Appraisal waiver, so no appraisal needed. Was out of underwriting with clear to close in just 3 days! I used to use a Loan Officer that didn't explain things well. I use Travis now and will continue to use him for myself and any clients needing a home loan!

Travis was fantastic to work with! From the time of getting us approved quickly to closing, he remained available and answered all questions. There were minimal things needed for our pre-approval which made it less stressful. Travis treated us as if we were family. We were quickly out of underwriting and were able to close sooner than expected!
