Vicki is the most phenomenal loan office ever in existence. We've used her at least 4 times now. Absolutely the role model all officers and home sale people should be modeled after: professional, caring, creative, responsive, timely, amazing.

Vicki was very bubbly person. She was great to talk to and anytime we ran into any issues with the loan process, she was right on top of it and tried to have any issues resolved. She was of great assistance to the whole process. I just loved her personality the most. Very easy to talk to and attentive to whole loan process. Loved her honesty.

Vicki worked tirelessly to keep us posted and help with financial details. She has helped with a few mortgages now and is so caring and kind in big and little ways. She makes parting with the money a bit easier. Great follow up all the way through. Thank you Vicki!!!
