Yancey was AMAZING! She went above and beyond to ensure we knew and were informed of everything going on all the time. She would call and check in with us on the weekends to see if we needed anything and make sure we knew she was available. She made us feel like we were her only clients and was able to address urgent needs very quickly and professionally. Yancey answered all our questions and overall provided us with an exceptional experience. Jennifer our processor also provided us with exceptional service, communicated effectively, and made the process of closing on our home a breeze. Yancey was almost always available for me to call with questions. She was so patient with me when I asked her sometimes the same thing more than once.
