We started our house hunting process with another mortgage company and they practically laughed at us. I've been an independent contractor for under two years, so my income isn't taken into an account during the loan process.They said it would never work on just my husbands income. Well, here I am, writing this review from the office in my new home. Angela at PrimeLending was a godsend!! Our realtor recommended her when we said we were having trouble, and we are so very glad for it. She was incredibly knowledgeable, helpful, and responsive. She made us feel very comfortable and confident from the start. When there were bumps along the way, she worked with us to figure out what we needed to make the loan work - and it did!! I can honestly say, I don't think we could have done this without her. I have already recommended her to friends and family. If you are looking for a mortgage, look no further. If yelp offered more than five stars, she'd have it.

I Google searched for best mortgage lender in 12550 zip and Angela Demaris came out on top. I now know why. The service I received from Angela and everyone at primelending was top notch. They were very accommodating to what ever was easiest for me. I was encouraged to drop in at anytime with questions or concerns. I always got a quick response whether I called or emailed any member or Angela's team. I am very happy with my experience from Angela. I bought my last house with Angela and it was a quick and easy process. She is extremely knowledgeable about all loan options available and she worked with us to figure out exactly how to get the best rate with the least amount of money down. She was up until 2am to get us closed quickly because she knew we were in a hotel after another house fell through, (due to issues on the sellers side.) Angela exceeded expectations and is our family's go-to mortgage broker. She is a subject matter expert on rehab loans, refinancing, first time home buyers, VA loans even. She truly went over everything with us to make sure we had the most beneficial loan to our situation. I highly recommend her.

As first time homebuyers, to say my boyfriend and I were green to the process, is an understatement. From the first phone call with Angela, we felt immediately at ease. She spent about 40 minutes on the phone with us explaining every scenario and just walking us through the entire process. She made herself so accessible, as we were in constant contact via text, calls, and emails. I would text her with every silly little question I had and received a response almost immediately every time.
