Having to relocate in the military is difficult on all members of the family. Trying to purchase a new home from another state without being able to travel is that much more difficult. In planning my move from South Dakota to South Carolina with wanting to purchase a new home...my military bank was not helpful in obtaining a VA home loan. Amanda McCall was referred to us by a representative in the new community and that referral could not have been more perfect. Where the military bank just went by what the computer system said, Amanda actually went beyond what the computer system said and actually provided "human" customer service. She looked at the documentation that we sent to her regarding our financial standing and what bills were paid off. She helped to correct the credit report that didn't update at the time of the application. Needless to say Amanda got us 100% approved for our VA loan. She was ALWAYS professional & responded to every phone call/email within 24hrs. I would DEFINITELY recommend her to anyone in the process of purchasing a home. The customer service she provided went above & beyond our expectations.
