This was the fastest we have ever closed a home loan. Brenda and Stacy were very patient and kind even when we repeated asked questions about cash to close. Brenda was quick to provide answers along with documentation to back it up that shows true calculations. Even when I had to bring a tax document, Stacy walked me through the IRS site on how to obtain even though she doesn’t work for IRS, that was above and beyond. You have a great team and a very pleasant loan process.
