Does Chuck Care About You?
I've had people come to me thinking that they cannot buy a home. I can remember Kim coming into my office with her documents. Together we filled out the application. After about an hour we found a way to get her pre-approved to buy her first home. She started to cry, got up from her seat, and gave me a big hug. She was so appreciative that she was able to buy a home.
I remember Greg. He was married with a baby and another baby on the way. He had been working 50 plus hours a week, and he had been renting for years. We found a way for him to buy a home and save $100 a month from the rent he had been paying. At closing, he was so thankful. He told me that with the $100 a month he is now saving, he could now afford health insurance. As a father of three, that touched my heart to know that I helped them.

Born and raised in the Hoosier state and currently residing in the Indianapolis area. I graduated from Ball State University with a Bachelor's degree in business. I have been in the residential home loan industry for more than 25 years and have helped more than 3,000 families purchase or refinance their home. Over the years, I have received many awards and been recognized for sales and leadership. As a respected educator, I have taught many college business classes. Specializing in customizing mortgage solutions for homeowners to find the best options. I take great pride in my reputation as an honest loan officer and making the process of obtaining a mortgage as simple as possible for consumers. I believe there should not be compromise between getting the lowest rate on your mortgage and professional service. During my free time I am a Buffini & Company mentor, a teacher and a Scoutmaster with a local Boy Scout troop. With down-home attitude, friendly service, and attention to detail you can consider me as an excellent choice for your home loan source.
Fun fact:
I collect matches. My mom started collecting matches when she was younger and then later passed them on to me. I have matches that are older than me and from the other side of the world. When my dad was in the Navy, he picked some up when he was in Hong Kong and gave them to his girlfriend at the time. Later she became his wife and my mom. Now I have hundreds of matches that she and I have collected over the last 60 plus years.
