If I could rate Curt at a 15 I would!! He is an AMAZING mortgage [originator] and gave us an unbelievable rate! Instead of our last company who tried to raise their fees (or hide them in the unallowable charges) he was honest and tried to save us money at every turn! Don't just use the first mortgage company you find, but shop around and make Curt one of your first calls! I guarantee he will beat any rate or offer you have...and if he doesn't, I guarantee you he will tell you the truth that you are getting a good deal! (he did this for a friend of mine). He is a rare find and truly is on your side!!
