Curt was supportive and informative throughout the process and checked in on my frequently. When I had a question or concern he was quick to respond with kindness and good/helpful information.

I would highly recommend Curt Hail [Hale] to anyone looking to purchase a home in the state of Texas. For a first time home buyer, he made the process smooth and easy to understand. He took away stress and made what feel like the impossible happen. Not only did I learn so much about real estate, he also helped me save lots of money!

Curt Hale was amazing, he took the time to explain everything to me in terms I understood. He took the time to get to know me and understand my needs and desires from a lender and he made sure they were met. He always was responsive even though our timezones were opposite.

If I could rate Curt at a 15 I would!! He is an AMAZING mortgage [originator] and gave us an unbelievable rate! Instead of our last company who tried to raise their fees (or hide them in the unallowable charges) he was honest and tried to save us money at every turn! Don't just use the first mortgage company you find, but shop around and make Curt one of your first calls! I guarantee he will beat any rate or offer you have...and if he doesn't, I guarantee you he will tell you the truth that you are getting a good deal! (he did this for a friend of mine). He is a rare find and truly is on your side!!
