Dave Rosenthal from PrimeLending worked the deal I needed for the best rate with points, but minimum to no cash at closing. I was geographically separated, but Dave was highly responsive, on-time with documents, and was a well informed professional on all the process. Dave used Text Message after hours as I had minimal access to my phone during business hours. At no point were we unaware of the current stage and next steps.
