Dave handled our house purchase in 2022. He as extremely helpful. When we were first starting, he gave me several quotes based on different budgets so we knew what to expect with different house costs. We bid on 7 houses before getting one and Dave responded the same day for all seven with everything we needed. He was also super responsive and helpful in the paperwork process once we got our house.
