H. Roy Bhiro is of Guyanese descent, he attended high school in NY and Southern Illinois University.

Roy in an Air Force veteran with more than 21 years of service to our nation. He enjoyed a wide variety of military jobs including: Air Transportation, Combat Operations Plans and Programs, Recruiting, Safety and Security.

Roy entered the mortgage industry in 2004 after his retirement from the Air Force. He has worked for some of the largest lenders in our industry and has consistently received rave reviews from his clients.

In August 2012, Roy relocated to Queens NY and joined the PrimeLending team in May 2013. Roy is responsible for originating residential home mortgages for all types of homebuyers. He utilizes a variety of products to enable his business partners and clients to succeed, such as grants, FTHB workshops, renovation and new construction loan programs.

One of his core competencies is helping military members and veterans access their Certificate of Eligibility (COE) from the VA, and maximizing their purchasing power through the appropriate use of non-taxable income.
Roy’s knowledge and experience makes him uniquely qualified to serving members of the military, state & federal gov’t., union workers and healthcare professionals.

Many of his clients come to him from personal referrals and his seminars. Roy believes that Real Estate is the only vehicle that can build wealth, increase net-worth and put you on the path to financial freedom, regardless of your education, race, religion or any other factor.
