Mark helped navigate a complicated situation. He was available for me any time I needed him. He made videos for me-walking me thru paperwork step by step. He worked hand in hand with my realtor in a collaborative manner-easing my nerves & answering ALL questions. He was remarkable!

My wife and I were looking for a Loan Officer that was honest and clear in his/her communication. We wanted clear answers and realistic financing options. Although I know Mark Steele personally, my comments are totally unbiased. Mark Steele is truly head & shoulders above almost anyone I've encountered in public relations, regardless whether it's financial needs or anything else. His professionalism is outstanding! He made things easy to understand, and was expedient in moving things forward. I was lured with lower rates from other lenders, and even if that came to fruition, I would take a slightly higher rate in exchange for his knowledge and experience.
