Sam delivered as we originally discussed in our initial conversation. he did so in a very timely manner. Not only was I well informed every step of the way but the conversations with him was pleasant and to what would be forth coming. – To tell you the truth .. Sam first helped me find a home in 2008. I had some credit issues, and he was able to help me repair the issues that were on my credit to get me a loan. He was able to get me a great rate at that time. That was the first home we bought so the process was scary, but he made it super simple for us. Now, we have 4 properties and have used him for all of our loans. When rates have gotten better over the years he has also done our refinances and put us in a better situation. I would recommend Sam Strok for your mortgage loan officer if you want your loan to go smoothly, and close on time.
