Sam first helped me find a home in 2008. I had some credit issues, and he was able to help me repair the issues that were on my credit to get me a loan. He was able to get me a great rate at that time. That was the first home we bought so the process was scary, but he made it super simple for us. Now, we have 4 properties and have used him for all of our loans. When rates have gotten better over the years he has also done our refinances and put us in a better situation. I would recommend Sam Strok for your mortgage loan officer if you want your loan to go smoothly, and close on time.

Sam is the best to work with. This refi was not easy, but he kept me informed, answered any questions i had very fast, was honest with me, and bent over backwards to get things done. Erica would request documents, but questions went through Sam. Erica was very pleasant and professional though! They were good about letting me know where things stood.
