Valerie was wonderful to work with. From the beginning she was thorough in explaining my loan process, we closed 1 day before schedule, and she set me up with links to change my address, set up my utilities and update my drivers license. I would absolutely work with Valerie again in the future.

Val was different from the three other lenders I contacted. On our first call she took the time to have a discussion with me instead of just pushing to get an application submitted. I believe rate/fee structure is likely very similar between all lenders therefore the difference comes down to the quality of people you are working with. Val is one of those quality people and she is the reason Prime Lending holds our mortgage. When we move again Val will be the first and only call I make.
