Billy Holleman was very responsive to my questions, running different pricing scenarios and explaining how many years it would take to recoup money I might have spent up front on points. It was very helpful when I was finally ready to make an offer on the property I wanted. He was also available on weekends and nights to answer questions. I appreciate that because buying a home is very stressful.
