John was very professional and answered all my questions, and Holly was amazing.

I am a disabled veteran, who can easily be stressed out due to time constraints, and John Jefferies understood this completely. He was calm and reassuring through the entire process. He understands his job and the process more than any other mortgage lender I have ever spoken to.
