Hello, I’m Kim Holloway. I grew up in Washington County, MD and currently live in Frederick County, MD. I have been a loan originator in the area for 20 years. I have personal experience and knowledge in real estate investing, and purchasing a 2nd home. I also have experience with new construction homes. I have purchased, renovated, rented and sold many properties over the years. I am happy to share my expertise—from purchasing to selling.
