Terry was seriously a Godsend!!! After a terrible, month long experience with Chase, my realtor suggested I call Terry. She assured me that he was awesome and that he would be able to process my loan, no problem. Sure enough, he had me approved in less than a week and we closed exactly nine days after I contacted him!!!! I was super impressed with him from the get go.
