Meet Melanie

With more than 35 years in the mortgage industry, Melanie Dickman has learned that providing her clients with exemplary service and a "can do" attitude makes all the difference. Melanie's business is based solely on referrals and past clients which allows her to focus on the relationships she builds with each client instead of simply the transaction.

Melanie began her career in secondary marketing, enabling her to have a full understanding of the mortgage industry, as well as how and why interest rates are priced as they are, and how the market reacts to specific economic indicators.

Melanie has spent her career in the Bay Area, focused on the real estate market throughout California. Since she has spent the last 35 years in Los Gatos, she full understands the idiosyncrasies of the many Bay Area communities, as well as throughout the state.

Not only is she local, but her transactions are processed in the Bay Area, giving her access to decision makers along the course of the process.

Melanie is very involved in her local community, and spends much of her free time with her family. She has three grown children, and two grandchildren.
