One of the most important traits of someone who works in the mortgage industry is someone who's accessible and responds quickly. It is right up there with knowledge and experience when navigating a home purchase. Lisa has all of the this and more. Going through the entire loan process was painless and unbelievably easy. Her guidance and constant feedback is priceless. Highly recommend, to anyone buying their first home to someone buying their 10th home. It doesn't get better than this.
